Ozwin VIP program: the myth of easy perks
The Ozwin VIP program is often described as 25% to 50% cashback that turns into real money. The official pages promise something smaller and vaguer than that.
The ladder exists: Tourist, Pathfinder, Adventurer, Expert, Hero and Absolute Legend, with cashback from 25% to 50%. Oddly, the numbering starts at 0.5 for Tourist and ends at 5 for Absolute Legend. What does not exist publicly is the route. Ozwin lists no deposit or wagering thresholds, no point values and no review dates, and adds that management may withhold any bonus offer in individual cases.
So treat the levels as a menu of possible perks. The one hard rule on progress sits in the promotional terms: comp points are awarded only for wagers made with deposited funds or bonuses tied to a deposit. The deals you can count on, with codes and rules in writing, are on the Ozwin bonus codes page, starting with the 200% match on a $20 deposit.
Ozwin also runs the World of Ozwin, a separate missions area with its own store. It is not part of the six-level ladder, and store bonuses must be redeemed within seven days of purchase.

Ozwin player levels and their perks
Read across the table and three things change at once: cashback, support and the daily bonus.
Cashback goes 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, five points per level. Support stays 24/7 but turns Priority at Adventurer and Premium at Hero. The daily bonus is named rather than priced: Daily, Medium, Medium-high, High, Super, Monster.
Two extras sit at the top. Hero adds a 'Caring VIP team'. Absolute Legend adds a personal VIP host.
What the table does not say is the size of a 'Super' or 'Monster' daily bonus, or which balance the cashback is calculated on. Ask chat for both before you change how you play.
The cashback itself is not free money either. It is a promotion like any other, so the $10 maximum bet applies while it is played through, it cannot be stacked on an existing playable balance, and any withdrawable balance from it has to be requested within 150 days of redeeming it.
In practice the human side changes only twice. Below Hero, everyone uses the same 24/7 chat, marked Priority from Adventurer. Hero brings the VIP team, and only Absolute Legend gets a personal VIP host.
| Level | Cashback | Support | Daily bonus | Extra |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tourist | 25% | 24/7 Support | Daily bonus | none |
| Pathfinder | 30% | 24/7 Support | Medium daily bonus | none |
| Adventurer | 35% | 24/7 Priority Support | Medium-high daily bonus | none |
| Expert | 40% | 24/7 Priority Support | High daily bonus | none |
| Hero | 45% | 24/7 Premium Support | Super daily bonus | VIP rewards |
| Absolute Legend | 50% | 24/7 Premium Support | Monster daily bonus | Personal VIP host |
How fast can you climb to Absolute Legend?
Nobody outside Ozwin can tell you, because the speed is not published. The loyalty page says progress comes with 'time, experience and loyalty', and that is the whole formula on offer. There is no progress bar on the public pages, no example of how much play makes a Pathfinder, and no promise that a level is kept.
A player who deposits $50 a week and one who deposits $500 a week will hardly climb at the same pace, but Ozwin does not say by how much. Ask live chat where your account stands and what the next level needs.
The terms do say which money moves you up. This is how each kind of play is treated for comp points.
| Type of play | Earns comp points? |
|---|---|
| Wagers with your own deposited money | yes |
| Wagers with a deposit bonus such as OZWELCOME-B or C | yes, the bonus is tied to a deposit |
| The $10 free chip from OZWELCOME-A | no |
| Sunday free bonus and other no deposit offers | no |
A practical test before you chase the next level: add up last month's cashback and compare it with last month's deposits. If the return is a few dollars against a few hundred deposited, the level is not paying for the extra play.
What else slows it down:
- Comp points come only from wagers with deposited money or deposit-linked bonuses.
- Free chips and no deposit offers earn nothing toward your level.
- Bonus abuse flags, such as low-risk betting patterns, can void winnings and close the account.
- Management discretion: perks can be withheld case by case, and one reviewer reports a level removed.
Ozwin VIP Rewards at Hero and Legend
The promotions page lists VIP Rewards as available once you reach Hero or Absolute Legend, with a link to the loyalty page and no further detail. Those two levels also get Premium support, and Absolute Legend gets the personal host.
Everything else on the promotions page is open from Tourist, as the table shows. Most of the calendar does not depend on VIP status at all.
| Perk | Who can claim it |
|---|---|
| VIP Rewards | Hero and Absolute Legend |
| Personal VIP host | Absolute Legend only |
| Caring VIP team | Hero |
| Crystal Ball, $25 to $500 weekly | any level, with $100 deposited over 7 days |
| OzDeal 3 for 2 on Fridays | any level, via the inbox |
| Cash Boomerang, 25% to 50% | any level, through live chat |
The Hero and Absolute Legend rewards also live under the same promotional terms as every other offer. That means one promotion at a time, no bonus while a withdrawal is pending, and bets of $10 or less during playthrough. A personal host can talk you through an offer, but the terms say any promotion can be changed or ended by management without notice.
If climbing starts to drive your deposits, set a limit through support or call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
VIP and loyalty: three Ozwin accounts
MumOfTwo · AU · Dec 2025
Earlier praised the missions and points, then updated the review: after an account review, bonuses could no longer be redeemed and the account was closed. Ozwin said bonuses depend on eligibility and account reviews.
Lulu T. · AU · Apr 2026
Calls the site great, mainly for the number of bonuses that come with deposits, but has not landed a big win yet and so stops at four stars.
Stephanie C. · AU · Jan 2026
Enjoys the games but cannot redeem bonuses any more because the account has reached the maximum allowed, which pulls the rating down to three stars.

Quick answers about Ozwin
How do I get Ozwin VIP status?
You are in from the first day at Tourist level, with 25% cashback and a daily bonus. Moving up depends on play with deposited money, but Ozwin does not publish the thresholds or how often levels are reviewed.
How is the Ozwin ladder structured?
Six, from Tourist (level 0.5) through Pathfinder, Adventurer, Expert and Hero to Absolute Legend (level 5). Cashback rises 5 points at each step, from 25% to 50%, and support moves from 24/7 to Priority to Premium.
Is Ozwin VIP cashback withdrawable?
After the playthrough. Cashback falls under the $10 maximum bet rule, and any withdrawable balance from it must be requested within 150 days of redemption. Before that it sits as bonus balance, not cash.
Do free bonuses count toward Ozwin VIP?
No. The terms award comp points only for wagers made with deposited funds or bonuses tied to a deposit. Free bonus play earns none, and neither does the $10 OZWELCOME-A chip. The loyalty page says nothing about points expiring, and Ozwin publishes no point values at all, so ask chat for your balance.
Do levels ever go down?
The rules are not published. One Trustpilot reviewer says status and points were removed after a small win, and Ozwin may withhold perks at its discretion. Ask chat to confirm your level in writing if it matters to you.
