    playatozwin.com is an editorial review site for Ozwin Casino. It's governed by Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 and aligned with GDPR for European visitors. We're not the casino operator — Ozwin has its own separate privacy policy you'll find in their cashier. This policy covers what our site collects.

    What does this site collect?

    • Server logs. IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp. Retained 90 days for debugging and abuse response, then deleted.
    • Analytics. Aggregated, anonymised page-view data via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. Retention 14 months.
    • Email correspondence. If you email [email protected], we retain the thread for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
    • Cookies. One essential cookie for session continuity. No marketing cookies, no remarketing pixels.

    This site doesn't host an account system. It doesn't process deposits or withdrawals. All cashier interactions happen on the Ozwin operator's site, which is a separate legal entity with its own privacy and data-handling regime.

    Why we hold this data

    Strictly to keep the site functional, debug performance issues (mobile load times are a particular focus given the nature of this review), and respond to reader correspondence. No data is sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers. That's not a value statement — it's just how this site runs.

    Lawful basis (GDPR readers)

    Legitimate interest for server logs (security and abuse prevention). Consent for analytics — the cookie banner offers opt-in with no dark patterns. Contractual / pre-contractual when you email us about something you'd like changed on the site.

    How long we keep things

    • Server logs: 90 days, then deleted.
    • Analytics: 14 months, anonymised.
    • Email: 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
    • Cookies: session + 30 days for the essential cookie.

    Your rights

    • Access. Email us; we'll send you what we have within 30 days.
    • Correction. Same.
    • Deletion. Email-thread deletion is honoured within 30 days. Server logs roll off automatically at 90 days.
    • Portability. If you've sent us materials we can return them in their original format.
    • Complaint. Australian readers: OAIC at oaic.gov.au. EU readers: your national supervisory authority.

    Underage visitors

    This site isn't for under-18s. The casino brand reviewed here is 18+ only under both Australian law and the Curaçao framework. If a minor has been emailing us by mistake, get in touch and we'll delete the correspondence immediately.

    Third parties this site touches

    • The hosting provider, which sees server logs as part of normal operation.
    • The privacy-respecting analytics service, which sees anonymised page metrics only.
    • Email infrastructure, which sees the contents of mail you send us.

    This site doesn't run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or affiliate-tracking scripts that follow you across the web.

    Security

    HTTPS site-wide. HSTS preloaded. No server-side account database, which sharply reduces the available attack surface. Email is via standard TLS-secured SMTP.

    Policy changes

    If we update this policy we'll bump the "Last reviewed" date at the top and, for material changes, post a note on the home page for 30 days. Minor wording fixes aren't announced.
